3GCL series triple screw pumps use the screw meshing principle, relying on the rotating screws meshing with each other in the pump casing, enclosing the medium to be conveyed in the meshing cavity, and pushing it continuously and uniformly along the axial direction of the screws to the discharge outlet, providing stable pressure for the system. 3GCL vertical screw pumps are suitable for conveying all kinds of non-corrosive oils and similar oils and lubricating liquids, which the viscosity range of the conveyed liquid is generally 3.0-760mm2/S (1.2-100°E), and high viscosity media can be conveyed by adding temperature to reduce viscosity.

Application:

3GCL series screw pumps are used for conveying high viscosity and high temperature lubricating liquids. Commonly used in asphalt, heavy fuel oil, heavy gear oil and other media conveying. The hot carrier can be steam, thermal oil and hot water, and the cold carrier can be gas or liquid. This product is widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, electrician, chemical fibre, glass, highway and so on.
