3GCL vertical three screw pump is designed to convey all kinds of non-corrosive oils and similar oils and lubricating fluids. The viscosity range of the conveyed liquids is generally 3.0-760cst, and they are widely used in fuel oil conveying, hydraulic engineering, marine engineering, petrochemical and other industries. The pump is specialized in low pressure pulsation, stable flow rate, low noise, low vibration, strong suction capacity and so on.

Product Details:

3GCL vertical three screw pump is a rotor type positive displacement pump. Because the spiral grooves on the driving screw and the driven screw are meshed with each other and their cooperation with the inner surface of the three holes of the bushing, several stages of dynamic sealing chambers are formed between the inlet and outlet of the pump. The dynamic seal chamber will continuously move the liquid axially from the pump inlet to the pump outlet, and increase the pressure of the delivered liquid step by step, thereby forming a continuous, steady, and axially moving pressure liquid.
