Summarize:

3GB asphalt triple screw pump is rotor type positive displacement pump, it is to use screw meshing principle, rely on the rotation of the screw in the pump set inside mesh with each other, the conveying medium closed in the gear cavity, along the screw axial continuous uniform to push to the outlet for the system to provide the stable pressure.
It is made of cast steel and has two kinds of insulation and no insulation. It is recommended that the high viscosity medium adopts the screw pump with thermal insulation structure.  If the user has special requirements, it can be made to go left and right.

Application:
This machine is suitable for transferring various non-corrosive oils and similar oils, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt and other similar oils. The viscosity of the transport liquid is generally 30-760mm/s. High-viscosity media can be transported by heating and viscosity-reducing, and the temperature generally does not exceed 350 °C. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, electric power, machine tools, ships, glass, highways and other industries.

 
Feature:

1. Since the rotating element has only three rotors, is relatively small and rotates by liquid pressure, it ensures natural, smooth and quiet operation even at high speeds and pressures.
2. The liquid is enclosed in a chamber sealed by the rotor and sleeve and proceeds continuously from suction to discharge without pulsation or agitation.
3. Internal leakage losses are also low through precision machining of the rotating elements.
4. Since the liquid is continuously conveyed in the direction of thrust without agitation and the sealing chamber operates as an infinite piston, high suction ranges can be easily ensured without cavitation.
5. Small internal space of the rotating element.
6. Direct connection to motors and turbines is possible without reduction.
