YQB Series Liquefied Petroleum Gas Pump is a positive displacement vane pump with advanced structure. The curved surface of the stator is composed of composite curves. Both ends adopt mechanical seals. Each fixed and mating end surface adopts an "O" seal ring. The rotating parts adopt metal corresponding to non-metallic parts.  It has the function of safe and reliable use and multi-purpose in one machine.


 
Working Principle:
The LPG gaspump type is a positive displacement vane pump. The work relies on the centrifugal sliding of the blades. The flow rate is related to the speed of the shaft. The inner surface of the stator is made of a composite curve created in China. The stator, rotor, baffle, and blades form ten sealed cavities. The curved surface of the stator is a composite curve. When the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet cavity gradually increases, and negative pressure is formed to generate suction, thereby sucking in the oil. When the rotor rotates for a certain angle, the volume section gradually decreases, so that the oil is discharged. There is an oil block between the oil suction cavity and the oil pressure cavity to separate the oil suction cavity from the oil pressure cavity. The blades rely on centrifugal force and two baffle structures to closely fit the inner curved surface of the stator, so that the pump can work normally under rated conditions.

YQB Series LPG Transfer Pumps are mainly used to transport various volatile liquids and petroleum products with similar properties, such as:

It is especially used in working occasions such as loading and unloading trucks for liquefied petroleum gas, filling steel cylinders, and feeding workshops.

 

Precautions

1. When the liquefied gas in the transport tank car is filled into the storage tank, or when the two storage tanks are filled, the two gas phase pipes should be connected to ensure that the pump works without pressure equalization.

2. Before the pump starts pumping, the gas in the pipeline and the pump must be exhausted, otherwise the pumping will be affected due to the gas plug phenomenon.


3. The pump should not be run empty. Before driving, the working fluid should be filled into the pump and then started.

4. A filter should be installed at the pump inlet. Due to welding debris, oxide scale and other debris remaining during the installation of the pipeline, and the liquid flows into the pump, the blades can be stuck or components can be damaged. The filter can be used 30 # -40 # copper mesh, the cross-section must be greater than 1.5-2 times the diameter of the input pipe.

5. When the pipeline is installed for pressure test, it is better not to use water test to avoid rust. A small amount of kerosene in the pump prevents rust. 6. The upper part of the storage tank shall be provided with spray cooling facilities to prevent the temperature from increasing and the pressure increasing.
