ZX series self-priming centrifugal pumps can be used to convey clear water, sewage, seawater, light oil, acid and alkali and chemical liquids in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, construction, printing and dyeing, pharmacy, electric power, papermaking, mining and other industries. This machine belongs to single-stage single-suction self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of long service life, strong self-priming ability, convenient operation and stable operation. Moreover, it pump can be quickly self-primed and put into operation without installing a bottom valve, which simplifies the piping system and improves the working efficiency.

Product Details:

ZX series centrifugal pump is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal pump developed by adopting international advanced design software. It adopts single-stage single-suction cantilevered structure and is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, seal, bearing and coupling. The pump throws the liquid to the outer edge of the vortex chamber by centrifugal force and then discharges it through the outlet of the pump body. The rotation of the impeller converts the mechanical energy of the motor into the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid, thus realizing the transportation of the liquid.

Application:

1. Applicable to urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, paper, petroleum, mining, equipment, cooling, oil tanker drainage.
2. It is suitable for clear water, sea water and chemical medium liquid with acidity and alkalinity and slurry with general paste (media viscosity ≤100 PCT, solid content up to 30%).
3. Install the rocker-type nozzle, and then spray the water into the air, and then spray it into small raindrops. It is a good tool for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
4. It can be used with any type and specification of filter press, and it is the most ideal pump type for the filter to be sent to the filter for pressure filtration.
