According to the characteristics of the asphalt conveying industry, the products produced include thermal insulation gear pumps, high-viscosity internal gear pumps and screw pumps. Each series of products has undergone technical upgrades and process updates, and technicians have solved various problems in the field of asphalt transportation with hard work and wisdom. The medium viscosity of the conveying medium reaches 1 million cst, and the temperature reaches 420 °C; the wear resistance of the pump (gear/rotor/screw sleeve) is improved, and the flow rate is from 0.1m3/h to 1000m3/h.
Solution:
The engineers of Shenghui Pump have been in the field for many years, have mastered the first-hand information, are very familiar with the working conditions proposed by customers, and have a good plan for the failure phenomenon that occurs. Our company proposes three solutions according to the working conditions of customers:
1. The viscosity of the asphalt delivered by the customer is between 1-1500cst, the flow rate is less than 100m3/h, the temperature is less than 250, and the pump is required to be economical and applicable, we recommend the use of
LCB thermal insulation gear pump;
2. The viscosity of the asphalt is higher than 1000cst and less than 500,000cst, and the asphalt contains wear-resistant additives, we recommend using
NYP internal gear pump;
3. If the flow rate of asphalt is large and the flow rate is less than 1000m3/h, we recommend the
screw pump to the customer. The pump runs smoothly, has a long service life and is more convenient to maintain.
Note: The above pumps are all insulated jackets, which can be insulated with steam, heat transfer oil or hot water
LCB Insulation Gear Pump

1. It can transport pure asphalt with viscosity lower than 1500cst;
2. Flow range: 0.6-330m3/h
3. Advantages
(1) The thermal insulation asphalt pump has a simple and compact structure and is easy to install and use.
(2) It has good self-priming performance, no need to add liquid before starting the pump each time, and it is very convenient to use.
(3) The heating tube adopts standard flange connection, the sealing surface is convenient to connect and the sealing is reliable.
(4) The high-temperature medium overcurrent parts of the thermal insulation asphalt pump are all made of Q235 cast carbon structural steel, and have been tested under pressure. Therefore, the pump has good thermal adaptability and works safely and reliably.

 
NYP High Viscosity Pump


1. It can transport a liquid mixture composed of asphalt, SBS, rubber powder, talcum powder, modifier and other additives;
2. Flow range: 0.1-250m3/h
3. Advantages:
(1) Stable flow: the flow rate is proportional to the gear speed and has nothing to do with the pressure
(2) Smooth flow: there is no pulsation and pressure peaks, and there will be no pipe vibration.
(3) Versatility: Just by adjusting the position of the rotor shaft, the same pump can deliver both dilute solutions and high-viscosity liquids such as asphalt, syrup, resin, and polymer.
(4) Reversibility: The liquid can flow in the reverse direction by changing the rotation direction of the gear, and the performance of the pump can be fully exerted in both directions.
(5) Self-priming: High vacuum is generated by the pump, allowing rapid self-priming at a large self-priming height, depending on the physical properties of the pumped liquid (temperature, vapor pressure, viscosity, etc.).
(6) Simplicity: There are only two moving parts: driving wheel and driving wheel, and only one shaft seal.
(7) Sturdy heavy-duty structure: low speed. The outer housing of oversized ball bearings can accommodate axial and radial loads.
(8) Low wear rate: Because the driving wheel and the driven gear are not multiplied. This means that wear can be evenly distributed on each gear. Because every gear on one gear touches every gear on the other gear the same number of times.
(9) Wear adjustment system: The wear of the rotor edge can be compensated by adjusting the position of the rotor shaft. In this way, the stability of the pump is guaranteed even in the presence of considerable wear.
(10) Simple maintenance and low maintenance rate: inspection and adjustment can be carried out without moving the pump, piping or pump drive.
(11) Interactivity: The design of standard components can realize the replacement of parts with different materials and characteristics. For example: a variety of shaft sealing systems are available, and jacketed housings and shaft covers can also be installed in place of standard components.
(12) The port position can be changed: the pump casing can be rotated on the bearing housing to suction and discharge liquid from different positions.
(13) Preheating: The heating jacket is either cast in one piece with the outer shell, or installed on the end cover, or installed on the packing gland.
(14) Bypass safety valve: The bypass safety valve is installed on the pump and is easy to adjust. On some models of the pump, a double safety valve and a heating jacket are adopted.

 
3GB Heating Screw Pump

1. It can transport pure asphalt with viscosity lower than 1500cst;
2. Flow range: 0.6-1500m3/h
(1) No stirring, no pulsation, and smooth conveying of various media. Due to the structure of the pump body, the pumping liquid is always stored as a sealing liquid in the working elements of the pump, and all pumps have strong self-priming ability.
(2The special design of the pump ensures that the pump has a high suction performance that is a small NPSHr value.
(3The use of independently lubricated outboard bearings allows the delivery of various non-lubricating media.
(4Horizontal, vertical, with heating jacket and other structural types are complete.
