LCB series asphalt transfer pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive media containing solid particles and prone to solidification at ambient temperatures. Thanks to their thermal insulation jackets, these pumps are ideal for use in cold regions and applications requiring media temperature control. In processes where temperature maintenance is necessary, the pumped liquid and the pump body can be heated, cooled, or maintained at a constant temperature using heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, or cold water.

LCB series bitumen gear pump applies to deliver non-corrosive, non-solid particles, solidifiable media at room temperature, especially suitable for outdoor installation in cold areas and process media need heat preservation occasions, the media temperature up to 300 ℃, viscosity of 5 ~ 1500 cst. The back cover of the pump body is equipped with a hollow sheath, inlet and outlet flanges. The pump is suitable for solidification at room temperature, outdoor installation in cold areas and occasions requiring heat preservation in the process, and can be used with thermal oil, steam, hot water, cold water and other media for heating, conveying and cooling the conveyed liquid and pump.
