Summarize:

3RP series chocolate rotary lobe pump is a multi-purpose two-way positive displacement pump produced by our company. This product uses two rotors running synchronously. The cam rotor pump adopts gear transmission, and the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft drive the rotor to rotate synchronously and reversely, so that the volume of the pump changes, forming a higher vacuum degree and discharge pressure, especially suitable for sanitary media and highly corrosive high viscosity medium.

Product Details:

Mainly consists of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, a pair of synchronous meshing active gear drive rotor conveying media. Shaft seal can be designed according to specific working conditions using packing seal or mechanical seal. The pump adopts high-strength cast iron gear box, spiral gear and heavy-duty bearings to ensure the long-term operation of the pump.

Application:

1. Food Industry: Yogurt, ice cream, cheese, soft drink, fruit jelly, ketchup, oil, syrup, chocolate.
2. Daily Chemicals: Facial foam, hair gel, hair dyes, toothpaste, shampoo, shoe polish, cosmetics.
3. Pharmacy: Nutrition liquid, chinese traditional patent medicine, medicine grease, biological products.
4. Chemical Industry: Fat, dissolvent, resin, paint, pigment, oil agent.
