3RP series chocolate transfer pump is a versatile bidirectional positive displacement pump manufactured by our company, capable of efficiently conveying viscous media such as chocolate, honey, ketchup, and cheese with viscosities up to 30×10⁵ cSt. With outstanding advantages including robust pumping capacity, smooth handling of high-viscosity media, excellent self-priming capability, low-failure operation, and reliable sealing, this equipment has become an indispensable processing solution across industries such as daily chemicals, petroleum, biopharmaceuticals, brewing, and food & beverage.
3RP series high viscosity lobe pump primarily consist of a rotor, shaft seal, gearbox, and synchronously meshed drive gear, utilizing the driven rotor to achieve medium transfer. By driving the rotors to rotate synchronously in opposite directions via the main and auxiliary shafts, the pump chamber volume changes to generate higher vacuum levels and exhaust pressures. These pumps are particularly suitable for sanitary-grade media and highly viscous, strongly corrosive media.
