3RP series high viscosity mini lobe pump belongs to the positive displacement pump, has the advantages of good self-priming performance, high efficiency, long service life, etc. It is suitable for conveying suspensions containing soft solid particles, corrosive media and suspensions. This machine consists of two synchronized rotors/cams driven by a pair of timing gears in a gearbox. Driven by the main shaft and the secondary shaft, the two rotors rotate in opposite directions, causing the pump volume to change, resulting in a high vacuum and discharge pressure. This type of pump is particularly suitable for conveying sanitary fluids and corrosive high viscosity fluids.
