3RP series mini lobe pump has the advantages of compact structure, corrosion resistance, strong self-priming ability and high efficiency. It is usually used in petroleum, chemical, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage and other industries to deal with conveying temperature -30 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, viscosity 30 ~ 1.0x10 ⁵ cSt, containing solid particles of suspended liquids and corrosive and hygienic requirements of high media. This pump is characterized by high efficiency and energy saving, low failure rate, reliable sealing, low noise and easy maintenance.
3RP series hygienic lobe pump is mainly composed of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, a pair of synchronous meshing of the active gear to achieve the delivery of the medium. It adopts gear transmission mode, and the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor to rotate synchronously in reverse, so that the volume of the pump changes, thus forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure, so it is especially suitable for sanitary media and highly corrosive high-viscosity media. In addition, the pump utilizes a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long-term pump operation.

1. Conveying medium viscosity ≤ 2,000,000cp, can convey slurry with 70% solid content. It can also convey gas, liquid and solid three-phase mixture material.
2. The pump is equipped with variable frequency drive, the flow rate can be adjusted arbitrarily, and it can be used as an ordinary metering pump.
3. There is a certain clearance between the rotor and the rotor, no friction coefficient, so the pump has a long service life.
