3RP series sanitary lobe pump is a kind of multi-purpose double-direction volumetric pump produced by our company with the introduction of advanced technology from Germany, which is suitable for conveying the medium with temperature from -30℃ to 180℃, viscosity from 30 to 1.0x10⁵cSt, suspended liquid containing solid particles and high corrosive and hygienic requirements. Meanwhile, the internal parts of the pump body in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel, and the speed of the pump can be changed based on the different physical properties of the medium.
3RP series rotary lobe pump is mainly composed of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, a pair of synchronous meshing of the active gear, driving the rotor to transport media. It adopts the gear transmission method, the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor to rotate in reverse synchronously, so that the volume of the pump changes, thus forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure, so it is especially suitable for sanitary media and strong corrosive and high viscosity media. In addition, the pump utilizes a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long-term pump operation.
