Summarize:

KCB series gear pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive lubricating oils at temperatures below 200°C, liquids free of solid particles and fibers, such as crude oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, animal and vegetable oils, and so on. Therefore, the machine is commonly used for fluid transfer in various industrial applications. We use durable and waterproof materials to manufacture KCB oil transfer gear pumps to improve your work efficiency. The machines have safety valve as protection of overload. Safety valve's return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than pump's rated exhaust pressure. Also can adjust within the allowance according to actual requirement. But please note the safety valve can not be used as pressure reducing valve working for long time. Can separately install pressure reducing valve if it is needed.

Product Details:

1. The machines are mainly gear oil pump gear, shaft, pump body, valve, and shaft end seal. The gears are heat-treated for high hardness and strength and are mounted with the shaft to run in replaceable bushings. When the pump is working, the parts in the pump are automatically lubricated by the output medium.
2. The pump is designed with reasonable discharge and return grooves so that the gears bear the smallest torque when working. Therefore, the bearing load is small, less wear and tear, and the pump efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the pump is designed with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

Application:

1. Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil.
2. Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Pulp and Paper: Acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
4. Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food.

Feature:

1. It is designed for pumping light fuel oils such as diesel, kerosene, and biodiesel. It is also possible to pump vegetable oil, motor oil, and even glycerol (waste product in biodiesel process).
2. This is a pump attached to the motor by a shaft. The pump itself is all metal (metal gears) and can pump hot fluids without affecting the motor. The motor is high power and has thermal protection, which will automatically shut off the pump in case of the risk of overheating.
3. These pumps create powerful suction and are self-priming.
