Summarize:

KCB electric gear oil transfer pump are used to transfer crude oil, lubricating oil, vegetable oil, animal oil, crude oil and non-corrosive lubricating oil, as well as liquids free from solid particles and fibers at temperatures below 300°C. As a result, they are commonly used to transfer fluids in a variety of industrial applications, such as oil depots, docks, ships, factories, farms, mining, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power station industries. It is characterized by high performance, smooth operation, compact structure, low noise, wear resistance, wide application and so on.

Product Details:

KCB series gear pumps mainly include gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves and shaft end seals and other parts. The gears of the products are specially heat-treated, so they have high hardness and high strength, and they can be installed together with the shaft to run in replaceable bushings. Moreover, the pumps are equipped with reasonable discharge and return grooves so that the gears are subjected to minimum torque during operation. Therefore, the bearing load is small, less wear and tear, and the pump efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the pump is designed with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

Application:

1. Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil.
2. Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Pulp and Paper: Acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
4. Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food.
