KCB gear oil pumps are used for conveying non-corrosive lubricating oils at temperatures below 200°C, liquids free of solid particles and fibers, such as crude oil, diesel oil, lubricating oils, animal oils and vegetable oils. Therefore, the machine is commonly used for fluid transfer in various industrial applications. We manufacture our oil transfer gear pumps from durable and waterproof materials to increase your productivity.

Product Details:

1. Mainly consists of gear oil pump gears, shafts, pump body, valves, shaft end seals and other components. Gears are heat-treated for high hardness and strength, and the shaft is mounted in replaceable bushings for operation. When the pump is working, the parts in the pump are automatically lubricated by the output medium.
2. The pump is designed with reasonable oil discharge and return grooves, which minimizes the torque borne by the gears when working.
Therefore, the bearing load is small, less wear and tear, and the pump efficiency is high. At the same time, the pump is designed with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.
