RY series thermal oil centrifugal pump is developed based on absorbing various advanced technical features. This machine is designed to handle lubricating oils containing no solid particles and fibers, or other liquids similar to lubricating oils. It is widely used in petroleum, grease, boilers, construction, pharmaceuticals, plastics, rubber, printing and dyeing and other industrial fields, it is the ideal heat-carrying medium circulation pump. It has a reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, and long-term stable operation without leakage in the hot state.

Product Details:

RY series thermal oil centrifugal pumps are high-temperature oil pumps designed to handle thermal oils up to 350°C. The impeller is self-balancing by means of a rear vane. The impeller is self-balancing by means of rear vanes. Typically, the pump is driven by an electric motor, which is connected to the pump by a flexible coupling. This means that the entire pump support can be dismantled without removing the pump casing and motor from the base plate. Moreover, the coupling is protected against external intrusion by a cover.

Application:

RY series thermal oil centrifugal pump are commonly used to convey heat transfer oil, or other hot oil with temperature not higher than 300℃ and viscosity of 5-1500cst for hydraulic transmission system. They are widely used in industrial and urban flood control, drainage, emergency rescue, water supply and drainage, sprinkler irrigation, heating, sewage, water treatment, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical food industries.

Feature:

1. The basic structure is single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support, the pump suction is axial suction, discharge center is vertical, and the motor is mounted on the same base.
2. The pump is supported by double ball bearings, the front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, the back end is lubricated with grease, and there is an oil-conducting pipe in the middle, so that the sealing condition and the recovery of heat-conducting oil can be observed at any time.
3. The sealing of the hot oil pump of this machine adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing seal adopts high temperature resistant packing with good thermal adaptability. The mechanical seal is made of hard alloy material, which has high mechanical strength and good abrasion resistance, ensuring the sealing performance under high temperature conditions. Imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a lip seal, so that the sealing performance is greatly improved, sealing reliability is 25 times that of the rubber seal, and has a strong corrosion resistance.
