RY series centrifugal pump is a single-stage horizontal hot oil centrifugal pump developed on the basis of absorbing various advanced technical features. It is commonly used for pumping high temperature liquids without solid particles and fibers, and is an ideal circulating pump for heat-carrying medium. It can also be used in boilers, petroleum, grease, plastics, construction, pharmaceutical, rubber, printing and dyeing and other industrial fields. The pump is technologically advanced, highly efficient, and can operate stably without leakage in the hot state, without additional cooling system, thus it can save the running cost.

RY --- Hot oil pump
100 --- Inlet diameter of pump body
65 --- Outlet diameter of pump body
200 --- Nominal outer diameter of impeller
A --- Indicates the first cut of the outer diameter of the impeller (D, E indicate modified impeller)

Product Details:

RY series centrifugal thermal oil pumps are high-temperature oil pumps designed to handle high-temperature media up to 350°C. The impeller is self-balancing by means of a rear vane. Generally, the pump is driven by an electric motor, which can be connected to the pump by means of an elastic coupling. It is also possible to install a flexible spacer coupling, which makes it possible to dismantle the entire pump support without removing the pump casing and motor from the base plate. Furthermore, the coupling is protected by a cover, thus preventing damage due to external factors.

Application:

RY series hot oil centrifugal pumps are usually used for conveying thermal oil or other hot oil with temperature not higher than 350℃ and viscosity 5-300cst for hydraulic transmission system. They are widely used in industrial and urban flood control, drainage, emergency rescue, water supply and drainage, sprinkler irrigation, heat supply, sewage treatment, water treatment, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Feature:

1. The sealing of this machine adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal, the packing seal adopts high temperature resistant packing with good thermal adaptability. The mechanical seal is made of hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good abrasion resistance, which ensures the sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
2. This pump is supported by double ball bearings, the front end can be lubricated with lubricating oil, and the center is equipped with an oil guide tube, so that the sealing condition and the recovery of heat transfer oil can be observed at any time.
3. The basic structure of the pump is single-stage single-suction cantilever, the pump suction is axial suction, the discharge center is vertical, and the motor is installed on the same base.
