Product Details:

The RY series centrifugal oil pump is a thermal oil pump designed to handle thermal oil at temperatures up to 350°C. The impeller is self-balancing by the rear impeller vanes. No cooling of the seal chamber is required. Generally, the pump is driven by an electric motor, which is connected to the pump through a flexible coupling. A flexible gasket coupling can be fitted so that the entire pump support can be dismantled without removing the pump casing and motor from the base plate. The coupling is protected by a cover to prevent external intrusion.

Feature:

1. The basic structure is single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support, pump suction is axial suction, discharge center is vertical, and motor mounted on the same base.

The hot oil pump porridge seal of this machine adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal, the packing seal adopts high temperature resistant packing with good thermal adaptability, the mechanical seal adopts hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, which ensures the sealing performance under high temperature conditions. Imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a lip seal, so that the sealing performance is greatly improved, sealing reliability is 25 times that of rubber seals, and has a strong corrosion resistance.
