RY centrifugal hot oil pump is suitable for transferring lubricating oils containing no solid particles and fibers, temperatures not higher than 300 ° C, the viscosity of 5-1500 cst or other liquids similar to lubricating oils and for hydraulic transmission systems. Its corrosion resistance and operating temperature depend on the material of the main parts in contact with the medium.

Product Details:

The RY thermal oil centrifugal pump is a thermal oil pump designed to handle thermal oil at temperatures up to 350°C. The impeller is self-balancing by the rear impeller vanes. No cooling of the seal chamber is required. Generally, the pump is driven by an electric motor, which is connected to the pump through a flexible coupling. A flexible gasket coupling can be fitted so that the entire pump support can be dismantled without removing the pump casing and motor from the base plate. The coupling is protected by a cover to prevent external intrusion.

Application:

RY series high temperature oil is a kind of ideal hot oil circulation pump. It’s mainly used to convey high-temperature liquid which is weak corrosive and not include solid particles. The temperature is ≤350℃. It’s widely used in hot heating system in various fields,such as petroleum oil, chemical industry, rubber, plastic, medicine production industry, textile printing and dyeing industry, road building industry, food industry, timber processing industry, and other various industrial fields.
