RY series hot oil centrifugal pumps are single-stage horizontal hot oil centrifugal pumps developed on the basis of absorbing various advanced technical features. The machine is commonly used for conveying lubricating oil media without solid particles and fibers, and can be used in boiler, construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical, rubber, textile, printing and dyeing and other industrial fields. The machine has reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency and can run stably for a long time.

Product Details:

RY series centrifugal thermal oil pumps are high-temperature oil pumps designed to handle high-temperature media up to 350°C. The pumps are normally driven by an electric motor, which can be connected to the pump by a flexible coupling. Generally, the pump is driven by an electric motor, which can be connected to the pump by means of a flexible coupling. It is also possible to install a flexible spacer coupling, which makes it possible to dismantle the entire pump support without removing the pump casing and motor from the base plate. In addition, the coupling is protected by a cover which prevents damage caused by external factors.

Application:

RY series high temperature oil is a kind of ideal hot oil circulation pump. It’s mainly used to convey high-temperature liquid which is weak corrosive and not include solid particles. The temperature is ≤350℃. It’s widely used in hot heating system in various fields,such as petroleum oil, chemical industry, rubber, plastic, medicine production industry, textile printing and dyeing industry, road building industry, food industry, timber processing industry, and other various industrial fields.

Feature:

1. It is supported by double ball bearings, the front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, the back end is lubricated with grease, and there is an oil-conducting pipe in the middle, so that the sealing condition and the recovery of heat-conducting oil can be observed at any time.
2. The basic structure is single-stage single-suction cantilevered foot support, the pump suction is axial suction, the discharge center is vertical, the motor is mounted on the same base.
3. The sealing of this machine hot oil pump adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal.
