Product Description

Summarize:

IR Type Hot Water Circluating Pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is suitable for heating, hot water, air-conditioning systems in various buildings and industrial sectors such as metallurgy, rubber, printing and dyeing, and sugar making. It is used for conveying temperature not exceeding 180℃.The medium with inlet pressure not higher than 0.8MPa.

J - indicates the change of motor speed
200 - Nominal diameter of impeller (mm)
A - represents the change in the diameter of the impeller (B and C represent the second and successive cutting impellers respectively

Structure:

1. The IR hot water centrifugal pump is installed horizontally, inhaling horizontally and axially, and spitting out radially upwards. The pump body is of the rear door type, which can be repaired without dismantling the pump body, suction and discharge pipes.
2. The shaft seal of the IR hot water circulating pump adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. The bearings are rolling bearings and lubricated with thin oil. There are two types of pump cover, one is the internal water seal hole, and the other is the external water seal empty, which must be specified when ordering.
3. The rotation direction of the hot water pump: from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
4. The material of the main parts of the IR hot water circulating pump: the material of the overcurrent parts of the pump is generally gray cast iron.
