Product Details:
The maximum working pressure of IRG hot water pipeline pump system is less than or equal to 1.6Mpa, and the hydrostatic test pressure of the pump is 2.5Mpa. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, the overflow part of the pump and the connecting part need to be made of cast steel at the time of manufacturing. The main thing is that the volume content of solid particles in the medium conveyed by the hot water pipeline pump does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
Application:
IRG series centrifugal water pump is commonly used for conveying clear water and similar clear water with temperature not exceeding 80°C. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pipeline booster, garden watering, fire-fighting pipeline booster, long-distance water supply, bathing, hot and cold water circulation booster and related machines. Moreover, it is also suitable for energy, oil refining, wood processing, chemical industry, textile, paper making, catering, bathing, hotels and boiler hot water circulation, city heating system and other fields.
Feature:
1. The circulation pump for water is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameters are the same, and are located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The appearance is compact and beautiful, the floor area is small, and the construction investment is low.
2. The impeller of the hot water pump is directly installed on the elongated shaft of the motor. The axial dimension is short and the structure is compact. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably arranged, which can effectively stabilize the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation.
3. The shaft seal of the vertical boiler water pump adopts tungsten carbide to graphite, hard alloy and other materials, which effectively prolongs the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The self-priming centrifugal pump is easy to install and maintain, no need to disassemble the pipeline system, just remove the nut of the pump joint seat to extract all the rotor parts.
5. The centrifugal pump for hot water supply can be operated in series or in parallel according to the requirements of use, that is, the needs of flow and head.
6. The hot water centrifugal pump can be installed in a solid or horizontal manner according to the requirements of the pipeline arrangement.
