The maximum temperature of the hot water being transported is 250℃, and the maximum inlet pressure of the pump is 5MPa; when the temperature of the hot water is not higher than 250℃, the inlet pressure of the pump should not be greater than 3MPa.
Structure:
The pumps are single-stage single-suction and two-stage single-suction cantilever type, sealed with floating ring, bearings are rolling bearings and ball bearings, lubricated with thin oil.
Rotation direction: Seen from the motor side, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
Material of main parts: According to different pressures, the materials of main parts are: Class I: QT500-7; Class II: ZG230-450; Class III: ZG3Cr13.
Scope of complete sets: complete sets of supply pumps, motors, couplings, bases.
