Product Details:
R series pipeline centrifugal pumps primarily consist of a pump casing, impeller, shaft, pump casing bracket, sealing components, and sealing rings. The pump features a horizontal axial suction inlet and a vertical upward discharge outlet, with the impeller statically balanced and secured to the shaft via an impeller nut and shaft sleeve. The pump shaft is supported by radial thrust ball bearings mounted on the suspension frame, and the pump casing is bolted to the cooling chamber and suspension frame.
Application:
R series hot water transfer pump is suitable for metallurgy, power station, chemical industry, etc. It is used for conveying high pressure hot water without solid particles below 250℃. Generally speaking, the maximum temperature of hot water conveying is 250 ℃ and the maximum inlet pressure is 5 MPa. It should be noted that when the temperature of hot water is not higher than 250 ℃, the inlet pressure of the pump should not be more than 3 MPa.
