3GB series three spindle screw pumps can be used to handle all kinds of non-solid particles, non-corrosive, lubricating media, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, heavy oil, hydraulic oil and other media. Therefore, it has also become the preferred equipment for transporting various lubricating media in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries. The pump has a simple structure, small size, allows smooth operation at high speed, small pressure pulsation, stable flow, low noise and high efficiency.

3GB series triple screw pumps utilize the screw meshing principle, relying on the rotating screws meshing with each other in the pump casing to enclose the conveying medium in the gear cavity and push it to the outlet continuously and evenly along the screw axial direction to provide stable pressure for the system. It is made of cast steel, with and without thermal insulation structure, can be selected according to the user's needs.

Application:

3GB series asphalt screw pumps are suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar fluids, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, and other similar fluids. The viscosity of the media typically ranges from 30 to 760 mm²/s, and for high-viscosity media, heating can be used to reduce viscosity for pumping. This pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical fibers, metallurgy, machinery, power generation, machine tools, shipbuilding, glass, and highway construction.

1. This equipment continuously conveys liquid without agitation, and the sealed chamber allows for unlimited piston operation, thereby easily ensuring high suction lift without cavitation.

3. The liquid is enclosed within a chamber sealed by the rotors and sleeves, ensuring a continuous process from suction to discharge without pulsation or agitation.
