3RP small lobe rotor pump is a kind of stainless steel rotary lobe pump pump, which is mainly composed of three parts: cam rotor, shaft seal and gear box. A pair of synchronously rotating transmission gears drive the cam rotor to realize the delivery of the medium. The shaft seal can be designed as packing seal and mechanical seal according to different working conditions. Adoption of high strength cast iron gear box, helical gears and heavy duty bearings ensures long service life. The main part of the box assembly, without disassembling the gear box can be adjusted rotor clearance.
