A liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) dispensing pump is a positive-displacement vane pump whose operating principle is based on the centrifugal sliding of the vanes, with flow rate being proportional to the rotational speed of the shaft. Its surface is formed by a composite curve and consists of a stator, a rotor, baffles, and vanes, with ten sealing chambers formed jointly by the stator and rotor. As the rotor rotates, the volume of the suction chamber gradually increases, creating a vacuum to draw in the fluid, while at a specific angle, the volume gradually decreases, reducing the fluid pressure. The oil seal block is positioned between the suction chamber and the pressure chamber, achieving sealing through the centrifugal force generated by the vanes and the structure of the two baffles. Consequently, the stator surface fits tightly against the inner surface of the pump, enabling the pump to operate normally under rated conditions.
