Product Details:

YHCB series arc gear pump is a kind of positive displacement pump, which is composed of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers, forming two closed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengaged side changes from large to small, forming a vacuum, and the liquid is sucked in, while the volume of the space on the meshed side of the gears changes from large to small, and the liquid is squeezed into the pipeline. The suction and discharge chambers are separated by the meshing lines of the two gears, which are made of special materials and can be used for explosion-proof.

Application:

It is mainly suitable for conveying all kinds of oil media with viscosity of 5-1500cst, temperature below 80℃, no solid particles, no corrosive, including gasoline, kerosene, diesel lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, acetate diamine, acetate triamine, acetate hexamine, etc. The pumps are divided into nylon wheel and steel wheel and copper wheel. This series pump is divided into nylon wheel, steel wheel and copper wheel, among which the nylon wheel and copper wheel are suitable for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and other flammable and explosive media, which is a good explosion-proof oil pump for vehicle use.
