YCB series gear pumps are mainly intended for the transfer of heavy fuel oil, diesel, vegetable oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and other oil-based media that do not contain solid particles or fibers. This series incorporates a tooth profile that combines double arcs with a sine curve, ensuring that there is no relative sliding between the gear teeth during meshing, eliminating tooth surface wear and oil trapping. As a result, the pumps operate with lower noise, reduced vibration, and smoother performance, enabling the stable transfer of corrosive media as well as low-flash-point liquids such as gasoline and benzene.

Product Details:

As the gears of the YCB arc gear pump rotate within the pump chamber, the volume of the space on the disengagement side increases from a small to a larger size, creating a local vacuum that draws liquid from the suction line into the volume between the gears. Through the continuous rotation of the gears, the drawn-in fluid is carried to the discharge chamber side, causing the volume of the sealing chamber on that side to gradually decrease and uniformly and steadily forcing the fluid into the discharge line, thereby achieving stable and continuous delivery.

Application:

1. For outdoor installations in extremely cold regions or applications requiring thermal insulation, its insulated jacket design prevents the medium from solidifying and clogging the piping in low-temperature environments.
2. In the petrochemical industry, the YCB insulated gear pump is used to transport high-viscosity fluids that tend to solidify at room temperature, such as asphalt, heavy oil, resins, adhesives, and chemical raw materials.
3. It can be used in oil transfer systems for the conveyance and pressurization of oil, as well as in fuel systems for the delivery, pressurization, and injection of fuel.
