KCB series lubricating oil gear pump primarily consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves, and shaft end seals. When the motor drives the drive gear to rotate, the meshing gears disengage at the inlet side, creating a local vacuum, which draws oil into the gear cavities where it is carried along the pump body wall by the gears to the outlet side. Thereafter, the gears re-engage, causing the tooth cavity volume to rapidly decrease, forcing the oil to generate continuous pressure, achieving long-term pulsation-free, low-noise, and highly efficient delivery.

KCB series gear oil pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive, impurity-free, high-viscosity oil media with a viscosity below 150 mm²/s and temperatures under 300°C.
