KCB series cast iron gear pump is suitable for lubricating oil or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibers at temperatures below 200 C, and with a viscosity of 5-1500 cSt, such as animal oils, vegetable oils, lubricating oil, and so on. Therefore, this machine is often used to handle fluid transportation in various industrial applications. It is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, the return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, which can also be adjusted within the tolerance according to the actual needs.

Product Details:

KCB series cast iron gear pump mainly include gear oil pump gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves and shaft end seals. The gears are heat-treated for high hardness and strength and are installed together with the shaft to run in replaceable bushings. When the machine is working, the parts in the pump are automatically lubricated by the output medium. The pump is designed with reasonable discharge and return grooves so that the gears are subjected to minimum torque during operation. Therefore, the bearing load is small, less wear and tear, and the pump efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the pump is designed with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

Application:

It is suitable for mediums such as heavy oil, diesel fuel, motor oil, vegetable oil and other similar liquids. The medium should be non-corrosive, free of impurities, with viscosity less than 150mm2/s and temperature below 120℃. This grease pump is used for pressurization, oil transfer, oil injection and circulation, and is widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, mining and electric power industries.
