Product Details:

YHCB series series oil gear pump is a kind of displacement pump, which is composed of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers. When the gears rotate, the teeth of the wheel on the suction chamber side gradually disengage from each other, and the volume between the teeth gradually increases, forming a vacuum or negative pressure area. Under this negative pressure, the liquid is sucked into the pump body and fills the volume between the teeth. As the gears continue to rotate, the inhaled liquid is brought to the discharge chamber side. On the discharge side, the gear teeth gradually mesh and the volume between the teeth gradually decreases, thus compressing and extruding the liquid out of the pump body and into the piping system.

Application:

1. YHCB series series oil gear pumps are special gear pumps for oil transfer in tanker trucks, which are mainly used for conveying non-corrosive liquids with viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt, temperature not exceeding 80℃, and without solid particles, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, mechanical lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), diamine acetate, amine acetate, methyl amine acetate, and so on.
2. The main parts of this pump made of different materials can also be selected according to the needs of users to convey various chemical media such as acid, alkali, benzene, toluene, xylene, alcohol, alkene, ester, ketone and so on with appropriate concentration.
