ZYB series heavy oil gear pump is commonly used for pumping media with temperature not higher than 260 ℃, viscosity not higher than 150 mm²/S and containing non-metallic impurities, including diesel oil, heavy oil, coal tar, motor oil, etc. This pump adopts the design of self-sealing lubrication and self-adjusting structure, and the parts are made of high wear-resistant materials, featuring smooth operation, compact structure, good self-absorption, high efficiency and strong adaptability, etc. Meanwhile, the working life is 10 times that of ordinary gear pumps when the liquid is contaminated.

Product Details:

ZYB series oil gear pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, gear, shaft seal, gland and other components. Two main gears and passive gears of the same size are installed in the pump body, and the outer diameter edges of the gears are closely matched with the casing to form a sealed working chamber. When the active gear of the gear pump is driven by the motor to rotate, the passive gear also rotates. As the gears are disengaged, the volume between the teeth gradually increases, forming a local vacuum, the oil in the tank under the action of the external atmospheric pressure, through the suction port into the teeth. With the meshing of the gears, the volume between the teeth is gradually reduced, and the oil is extruded and discharged from the discharge port.

Application:

ZYB series heavy oil gear pump can convey heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar and impurities containing non-metallic impurities with temperature not higher than 260 ℃ and viscosity not greater than 150 mm² /S. It can be used in food, petroleum, chemical, building materials and daily-use chemical industries. And the pump can also meet the strong lubrication system, fuel combustion system in the fuel transfer and injection and other systems. It should be noted that it is not suitable for conveying corrosive, metal-containing impurities, sand and gravel impurities with a particle diameter of more than 3 mm and highly volatile impurities.
