QBY series chemical diaphragm pump combines the advantages of self-priming pumps and slurry pumps, and is particularly suitable for the transportation of high and low fluids. The equipment is characterized by simple structure, few wearing parts, easy installation and maintenance, stable operation, etc. It can handle media that cannot be pumped by traditional pumps. At the same time, the pump has no rotating parts, and the diaphragm can completely isolate the pumped medium from the moving parts of the pump and the working medium, so the conveyed medium will not leak outward, thus making it safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive places.

Product Details:

QBY series chemical diaphragm pump through the compressed air as a power source, in the pump's two symmetrical working chamber is equipped with a piece of diaphragm, by the center of the linkage will be linked into one. Compressed air enters into the air distribution valve from the air inlet of the pump, and the compressed air is introduced into one of the chambers through the air distribution mechanism, which pushes the diaphragm in the chamber to move, while the gas in the other chamber is discharged. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the air distribution mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber, pushing the diaphragm to move in the opposite direction, so that the two diaphragms reciprocate continuously and synchronously. There are two one-way ball valves in each working chamber, the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm causes the change of the inner volume of the working chamber, forcing the two one-way ball valves to open and close alternately, so that the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged.
