Product Details:

DBY series diaphragm slurry pumps feature a seal-less design, with the diaphragm completely isolating the pumped medium from the pump’s mechanical drive components, thereby ensuring that the medium does not leak. The seal-less design of the pump body significantly extends its service life, and materials such as cast iron, aluminum alloy, 316 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel can be selected based on operating conditions to achieve optimal pumping performance.

Application:

1. This machine can transport all kinds of highly toxic, flammable, volatile liquids, strong acids, strong alkalis, highly corrosive liquids, etc.
2. It can pump sauerkraut, jam, mashed potatoes, chocolate, fermented slurry, syrup, molasses in the food industry.
3. For transferring paint, gum, pigment adhesive, rubber slurry, latex, organic solvents, fillers and so on.
4. This pump is also handle viscous materials with solid particles, such as slurry, mortar, and mud.
5. It can handle high-temperature media up to 150 degrees Celsius.
