QBY series double diaphragm pump produced by this unit is a new type of conveying machinery with compressed air as the power source. For all kinds of corrosive liquids, granular liquids, high viscosity liquids, volatile liquids, flammable liquids and toxic liquids can be pumped. The main feature of this pump is that it does not need to draw water, and can pump the easy-to-convey medium, meanwhile, the suction head is high, the output head is adjustable, and it is fireproof and explosion-proof.

Two symmetrical pump chambers are fitted with a diaphragm, which is connected by a central coupling rod. Compressed air enters one chamber from the inlet valve of the pump and pushes the diaphragm to move, and the gas is discharged from the other chamber. After arriving at the destination, the air distribution part automatically sends compressed air into the other chamber to push the diaphragm to move in the opposite direction, thus making the two diaphragms reciprocate continuously and synchronously. When the compressed air enters the valve, the diaphragm moves to the right, and the suction force of the chamber makes the medium enter and pushes the ball valve into the chamber, and the ball valve closes due to inhalation, and the medium is discharged by extrusion, and the ball valve closes at the same time as opening the ball valve to prevent the backflow, so that the medium is constantly inhaled from the inlet and discharged from the outlet.
 
Application:
1. Air-operated diaphragm pumps can be used for the treatment of sewage and waste oil in drains and sewers.
2. The gas residue and acidic water at the bottom of refineries, which need to be centralized, our diaphragm pumps can be used to transport these waste liquids.
3. This machine can be used to pump glaze slurry in the ceramic industry.

1. The air-operated diaphragm pump's valve structure eliminates traditional valves' “O” ring and column valve structure. It adopts three-way pilot type, which removes valve sticking points and pump-stopping phenomenon.
2. It can provide the correct reversing signal to avoid stoppage, and the reversing is more rapid, so that the pump flow is large, the conveying performance is good, the pulse is small, and the flow is stable.
2. Designed with a simple air reversing valve, expensive downtime costs due to shutdowns can be avoided. Replacement of air-reversing valve components eliminates the need to disassemble fluid components.
3. Aluminum parts are otherwise treated to resist corrosion caused by unclean air.
4. The slider inside the valve is made of durable material that is not easily damaged, realizing a smooth air path and flexible direction change.
