Product Details:

ZW series centrifugal pumps require a certain amount of priming liquid in the inlet piping before operation. When the pump is started, the liquid inside the impeller is flung toward the outer edge of the impeller under the influence of centrifugal force, creating a low-pressure zone at the center of the impeller. Under the pressure of atmospheric pressure, the liquid in the pipeline is forced into the pump's suction inlet and then enters the center of the impeller. The liquid is driven by the impeller to rotate at high speed, increasing its velocity. The flung-out liquid enters the pump casing and is subsequently discharged.

Application:

ZW series horizontal centrifugal pumps are suitable for conveying solid-liquid mixtures containing large particles and long fibers. They can be mainly used in municipal engineering, industrial construction, hotels, hospitals, civil defense projects, mines, and other fields to treat various types of sewage, wastewater, rainwater, and domestic water containing long fibers.
