RY series centrifugal oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever type pump, typically used for conveying high-temperature lubricating oils free of solid particles and fibers. Featuring advanced technology, strong corrosion resistance, high efficiency and energy savings, and easy maintenance, this pump is a key component of heat exchange systems in industries such as textiles, printing and dyeing, plastics, rubber, petroleum, chemicals, and food.

Product Details:

The RY series centrifugal pump is operating, the motor drives the impeller at high speed, forcing hot oil into the center of the impeller through the suction port. Simultaneously, centrifugal force propels the hot oil toward the outer edge of the impeller, pressurizing it. The high-pressure oil is then discharged through the volute, completing a high-temperature closed circulation system.

Application:

RY series hot oil centrifugal pumps are suitable for conveying hot oil media or other high-temperature oil media with a temperature not exceeding 350°C and a viscosity of 5-300cst. They can be widely used in rubber, plastics, drainage, emergency rescue, heating, printing and dyeing, petroleum, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Feature:

1. Its seal utilizes a combination of a packing seal and a mechanical seal to prevent leakage during transfer.
2. The pump's basic structure is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever type, with the motor mounted on the same base, making installation and maintenance easier.
3. The motor can be connected to the pump via a flexible coupling, allowing the entire unit to be disassembled without removing the pump casing and motor from the baseplate.
4. This pump utilizes dual ball bearings for support, features lubrication at the front, and features a central oil passage, allowing for continuous monitoring of sealing and thermal oil recovery.
