PN series slurry mud pumps are designed for conveying solid-liquid two-phase fluids in mines with a weight concentration of 50-60%, and can usually be used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, paper, food and other industrial fields. At the same time, in order to maintain high conveying efficiency and effectively extend the service life of the pump, the product is supported by wear-resistant cast iron material in the overflow part, and the gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted in time.

Product Details:

PN series mud centrifugal pump relies on the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the liquid in the inertial centrifugal force to obtain energy to increase the pressure. When the impeller rotates, the blades prompt the slurry to rotate and fly out from the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, the center part of the impeller forms a vacuum area, and the liquid slurry is pressed into the inlet pipe through the pipe net under the action of air pressure to realize continuous pumping and discharging of liquid.

Application:

PN series mud centrifugal pump is often used in mining, metallurgy, municipal construction, chemical industry, printing and dyeing and other departments to pump various slurries containing quicksand, small mud blocks, etc., and can also be used in rural river mud, pond mud, manure, and slurry beverages. It can also be used to transport ore sand liquid in cities and factories, and absorb yellow sand and mud underground.

Feature:

1. The bearing of the above type of pump is directly installed in the horizontal open bracket, which is convenient for dismantling and inspection to adjust in time, and a water-cooled serpentine tube is installed in the oil pool to improve the working conditions of the bearing.
2. The pump body above the pump is larger and adopts a split structure, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
3. The wear-bearing parts of the overcurrent part are made of wear-resistant cast iron, which has a long service life.
4. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted in time to maintain high efficiency.
