D series multistage pumps are single-suction, multistage, segmented centrifugal pumps characterized by superior performance, high efficiency and energy savings, stable operation, low cavitation, and convenient installation and maintenance. This equipment is primarily used in municipal, industrial, agricultural, mining, and energy sectors for conveying clean water or liquid media with physical and chemical properties similar to water. For transporting hot water, oil-based liquids, or media containing abrasive particles, simply replace the pump body material or wetted parts material, modify the seal configuration, and add a cooling system to achieve the required performance.

Product Details:

When the pump starts, the liquid is flung toward the edges of the pump chamber as the rotor rotates, creating a low-pressure zone at the chamber's center. This allows the liquid to be smoothly drawn into the pump chamber. As the liquid accelerates and builds pressure within the chamber, the rotor performs work on it, continuously increasing its energy. Simultaneously, driven by the pressure differential, the pressurized liquid is discharged from the pump chamber outlet into subsequent pipelines or equipment.

Application:

D series multistage centrifugal pump is designed to convey clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, provided the temperature remains below 80°C and the fluid contains no solid particles. It is primarily used for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, high-rise building water supply, long-distance water conveyance, landscape sprinkler irrigation, heating systems, and hot/cold water circulation boosting for facilities such as bathhouses, making it particularly suitable for small boiler feedwater applications.
