Summarize:

CYZ series horizontal centrifugal pump is a self-priming centrifugal oil pump suitable for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel, petroleum, and seawater. This machine has strong self-priming ability. No bottom valve is required in the pipeline. Before working, it is only necessary to ensure a certain amount of priming oil in the pump body. In addition, this machine can be also used as a stripping pump, for water transportation on ships and oil tankers.

Product Details:

CYZ series horizontal centrifugal pump pumps all adopt axial return pump body structure. The pump body consists of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, scroll chamber, liquid return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and so on. After the pump starts normally, the impeller sucks in the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline together and mixes them completely in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid entrained with gas flows to the outer edge of the scroll chamber, forming a white foam belt with a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer edge of the impeller.

Application:

It is an ideal product for petroleum industry, land tankers and oil tankers. It is also suitable for cargo oil pumps, bilge pumps, fire pumps and ballast pumps of ships as well as cooling water circulation of machines, respectively, to transport oils such as gas, kerosene, diesel and mediums of -20℃~80℃.
