CDL stainless steel centrifugal pump is designed to handle clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. This machine adopts a new sealing technology, you can easily dismantle the stainless steel casing of the mechanical seal, so that the maintenance is more convenient. What's more, its design concept focuses on energy saving and environmental protection, safety and reliability, and adopts a new industrial-grade hydraulic design model to ensure that the pump can be effectively transported with stable performance.

Product Details:

CDL series multistage water centrifugal pumps are equipped with a new sealing technology that allows easy removal of the stainless steel casing mechanical seal. Moreover, the unit is driven by a standard motor with the motor output shaft directly connected to the pump shaft via a coupling. Meanwhile, the pressure-resistant cylinder and runner assembly is fixed between the pump head and inlet/outlet section by fixing bolts, and the inlet and outlet are located in the same plane at the bottom of the pump. In addition to this, the machine can be equipped with an intelligent protector, thus effectively preventing dry rotation, phase loss and overload.

Application:

1. Irrigation: For farmland irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, etc.
2. Water treatment: For ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, swimming pool, etc.
3. Water supply system: For water plant filtration and delivery, mains pressurization, high-rise building pressurization, etc.
4. Industrial pressurization: For process water system, cleaning system, high-pressure flushing system, fire-fighting system, etc.
5. Industrial liquid transportation: It can be used in cooling and air-conditioning system, boiler water supply and condensing system, machine tools supporting, etc.

2. The inlet and outlet of the pump are located at the same level of the pump base, which can be used directly in pipeline.
3. The overflow part is made of stainless steel plate stamping and welding, which makes the pump suitable for mildly corrosive medium
4. Excellent hydraulic model and advanced manufacturing process are adopted, which greatly improve the performance and service life of the pump.
5. The shaft seal of this machine adopts mechanical seal made of hard alloy and fluorine rubber, which can improve the reliability of pump operation and the temperature of conveying medium.
