ZX series horizontal centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction self-priming centrifugal pump, with the features of simple structure, smooth operation, high efficiency, strong self-priming ability and so on. It is suitable for conveying clean water, sewage, seawater, light oils, acidic and alkaline chemical liquids in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, construction, pharmaceuticals, electricity, mining and other fields. Meanwhile, this machine does not need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline. It only needs to store a certain amount of filler liquid in the pump body before working, thus simplifying the pipeline system and improving working conditions.

Application:

1. Suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment, cooling, oil tanker drainage and other industries.
2. This machine is suitable for clear water, seawater, acidic and alkaline chemical media liquid and general paste (medium viscosity ≤ 100PCT, solid content does not exceed 30%) slurry.
3. The pump can be installed with rocker type nozzle to spray water into the air and then into small rain spots. It is a good helper for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
4. It can be used with any type and specification of filter press, and it is the most ideal pump type to be fed into the filter for pressure filtration.

1. Simple Structure: Itself has no backstop valve, simple structure, reliable work, long trouble-free working time, maintenance, easy to use, small size, light weight, high efficiency.
2. Strong Self-Priming Ability: the pump has strong self-priming ability, there is no need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline, and it is only necessary to ensure that the pump body is stored in a quantitative amount of primer before work, which simplifies the pipeline system and improves the labor conditions.
