3RP series stainless steel lobe pump is a multi-purpose two-way positive displacement pump produced by our company by introducing advanced technology from Germany, which has the advantages of good self-absorption performance, high effective transportation rate, food-grade materials, long service life and so on. This product is generally used for conveying suspensions containing soft solid particles, corrosive media and suspensions, which can meet the conveying requirements of food, pharmaceutical, construction, petroleum, daily-use chemical and other industries.

Product Details:

3RP series lobe rotor pump is mainly composed of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, and a pair of synchronous meshing active gear. The product adopts the gear drive mode, the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor synchronous reverse rotation, so that the pump volume changes, thus forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure. Therefore, it is especially suitable for conveying sanitary medium and strong corrosive and high viscosity medium.

1. Foodstuffs: Ketchup, vegetable pastes, sauces, sweeteners, yeast pastes, salads, meat emulsions, cooking oils.
