YCB series hot cooking oil gear pump adopts double arc sinusoidal curve tooth design, which brings the design, production and use of gear pumps into a new realm, and its outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding on the surface of the tooth profile when meshing. Therefore, when conveying non-corrosive lubricating oil or equivalent liquid with temperature below 300°C, viscosity 5-1500 cSt, no solid particles and fibers, there is no trapping phenomenon, stable conveying, no wear on the tooth surface and high efficiency.

Product Details:

YCB series gear oil pumps deliver liquid through the change of working volume between pump casing and meshing gears. When two gears mesh, the pump casing and front and rear covers form two closed cavities. When the gears rotate in a specific direction, the volume of the cavity on the side of the meshing gears changes from small to large, forming a vacuum to inhale the liquid, and the volume of the cavity on the side of the meshing gears changes from large to small, squeezing the liquid into the discharge pipe.

1. This machine can be also applied as fuel pump for delivery system, pressurization and injection in fuel supply system.
