ZYB Series Electric Oil Pump

ZYB series electric cooking oil pumps are commonly used for conveying medium with temperature not higher than 260 ℃, viscosity not greater than 150 mm²/S and containing non-metallic impurities. It is available for transferring heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar and grain and other media in chemical, petroleum, daily chemical, construction, food and other industries. Moreover, due to its stable operation, reliable performance and high conveying efficiency, it is especially suitable for the occasions requiring stable working pressure and long-term continuous work, such as strong lubrication system, fuel oil conveying and injection in the fuel oil burning system, etc.

ZYB series electric cooking oil pump adopts self-sealing lubrication and self-adjusting structure design, and the parts and components are made of high wear-resistant materials, featuring compact structure, smooth operation, good self-absorption performance, high conveying efficiency and strong adaptability. This machine can handle diesel oil, heavy oil, coal tar, motor oil and other media with temperature not higher than 260℃, viscosity not higher than 150 mm²/S and containing non-metallic impurities. In addition, it has good self-priming performance and can maintain stable working condition when conveying media containing impurities.

Product Details:

ZYB series hot cooking pumps are mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, gear, shaft seal, gland and other components. Two active gears and passive gears of the same size are installed in the pump body, forming a sealed working chamber. When the motor drives the active gear of the gear pump to rotate, the passive gear also rotates. As the gears are disengaged, the volume between the teeth gradually increases, forming a local vacuum, and the oil in the tank will enter the teeth through the suction port under the action of atmospheric pressure. As the gears mesh, the volume between the teeth gradually decreases, and the oil is extruded and discharged from the outlet.

Application:

ZYB edible oil transfer pump is suitable for conveying diesel, heavy oil, residual oil, fuel oil, and medium-sized fuel pumps that can be used as fuel, particularly for fuel delivery in road and bridge engineering mixing plants and power plant burners. However, note that this unit is not suitable for conveying highly volatile or low flash point liquids, such as ammonia or benzene.
