YCB series asphalt gear oil pump is equipped with a double arc sinusoidal curve tooth profile design, which makes the tooth profile have no relative sliding when the gears are meshing, and the tooth surface has no wear. Hence, it is an optional choice for chemical, petroleum, pharmacy and other industries for the transportaion of handle non-corrosive lube oil or other liquids similar to the nature of lubricating oil.

Application:

YCB arc gear oil pumps are suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil without corrosive solid particles and fibers, at a temperature of not more than 200°C, and with a viscosity of 5-1500 cst. If it is necessary to transport high temperature media of 200-300 °C, it is necessary to change the process.
1. It can be used as transmission pump, pressurizing pump and injection pump in fuel system.
2. YCB diesel gear pump can be used as transmission pump and booster pump in oil transmission system.
3. This machine can be used as hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power for hydraulic transmission system.
