Product Details:
SHHLB high-viscosity gear pump consists of a rotor, pump body, shaft, front and rear end caps, bracket, seals, and other components, and utilizes involute internal gear meshing technology to achieve fluid transfer. When the motor drives the pump shaft, it rotates the inner rotor, which in turn drives the meshing outer rotor to rotate in the same direction. During the disengagement of the inner and outer rotors, the volume of the suction chamber increases, creating a vacuum and negative pressure zone that rapidly draws high-viscosity fluid into the inlet. This fluid is then smoothly pushed toward the discharge line as the rotors rotate, resulting in low-pulsation, low-shear fluid transfer.
