CBN series bitumen gear pump can transport all kinds of viscous liquids with temperature below 230°C and viscosity below 2000mm²/s, such as soap, rosin, paint, paraffin, asphalt and high viscosity grease. Moreover, the pump adopts high-precision gears, high-strength aluminium alloy shell design, and stainless steel acid-resistant and anti-corrosive materials, which can meet the conveying requirements in different fields such as food, pharmacy, daily chemicals, mining, agriculture, construction, industrial automation and so on.

Product Details:

CBN series gear oil pumps consist of pump body, pump cover, gears, shaft end seals, etc. The pumps are designed to convey liquids by means of mutual meshing of two or more rotating gears. The pump conveys liquid through the mutual meshing of two or more rotating gears, using the change and movement of the working volume formed between the pump barrel and the meshing gears. It adopts bridge-type external belt pulley drive and direct connection of motor, featuring low rotational speed, low noise and large suction force.

Application:

It is suitable for all kinds of viscous liquids and can be used under the conditions of temperature less than 230℃ and viscosity about 2000mm2/s. It can be used for the following applications It can convey paint, rosin, paraffin, soap, sludge, asphalt, high-viscosity oil, butter, syrup, sauce products, grease, toothpaste, pharmaceutical raw materials and all kinds of liquid paste products.
