2BV vacuum pump is designed for the extraction of gases and water vapor with a pumping pressure of up to 33 mbar and a vacuum level of 97%. It is widely used in sugar, food, machinery, petrochemicals, electronics, pharmaceuticals and other industries that require high-capacity dewatering. Because the gas compression process is equal during the working process, it is not easy to explode when compressing and extracting flammable and explosive gases, so it is more widely used. The machine is characterized by simple structure, smooth operation, easy installation, oil-free, safe and reliable.

Product Details:

2BV vacuum pump forms a water ring in the pump body through the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller, thus realizing the pumping and compression of gases. When the pump is operated for long periods at suction pressures below 80 mbar, the pump should be protected by connecting a cavitation protection tube. If equipped with an atmospheric ejector that can be mounted directly on the vacuum pump cylinder, suction pressures of up to 10 mbar are possible. When used as a compressor, absolute pressures of up to 0.26 MPa can be achieved.

Application:

1. Food industry: It can be used for vacuum packaging, vacuum sterilization, liquid degassing in food processing, etc., such as milk factory, food processing factory, etc.
2. Pharmaceutical industry: It is suitable for vacuum distillation, drying, pharmaceutical/laboratory vacuum, etc., such as pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, laboratories and so on.

Feature:

1. The unique design of the exhaust port can protect the pump from overpressure and ensure that the pump performs optimally within the working range.
2. The motors are of the YE2 series. Protection class is IP54 or IP55 (normal IP44), insulation class F.
3. Bearings are imported, NTN or NSK.
4. 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps all adopt PTFE material for flexible sealing parts, which can greatly extend the service life of the pumps under severe working conditions.
5. When the pump is working in conditions close to limited vacuum, the cavitation protection port opens (or is connected with a separator) to discharge the squeal to protect the pump.
