2BV series vacuum pump is a liquid ring vacuum pump capable of simultaneously performing vacuum extraction and gas compression within a single unit. This equipment achieves an ultra-high ultimate vacuum of 97% and can be equipped with explosion-proof motors for handling explosive gases in flammable and explosive environments. Consequently, it is widely selected across pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronics, and environmental protection industries.

Product Details:

2BV liquid ring vacuum pump utilizes centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller to form a water ring within the pump body, thereby achieving gas suction and compression. When the pump operates continuously at an inlet pressure below 80 mbar, protection must be provided by connecting an anti-cavitation protection pipe. If equipped with an atmospheric ejector that can be directly mounted on the vacuum pump cylinder, suction capability up to 10 mbar can be achieved.

Application:

1. In the chemical industry, it is suitable for processes such as vacuum filtration, distillation, and drying, applicable in chemical product filtration plants, chemical product processing plants, and similar facilities.
2. It is available for pharmaceutical processes including vacuum distillation, drying, and pharmaceutical/laboratory vacuum applications, serving pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, and laboratories.

Feature:

1. It is equipped with a cavitation protection port. When operating near ultimate vacuum conditions, the cavitation protection port opens (or connects to a separator) to eliminate abnormal pump noise and protect the pump body.
2. This pump features fully PTFE flexible sealing components, significantly extending vacuum pump lifespan under harsh operating conditions.
3. Unique discharge port design prevents overpressure on the pump body, ensuring optimal efficiency within the operating range.
4. Motor utilizes YE2 series products with IP54 or IP55 protection rating (standard is IP44) and F-class insulation.
