ZW series self-priming sludge pumps combine self-priming and non-clogging in one, it can pump liquids containing large particles and long fibre impurity solids. This pump adopts axial reflux external mixing structure, unique impeller and pump casing design, which eliminates the need to install bottom valves and prime the fore stage water as in the case of ordinary self-priming pure water pumps. The pump has the advantages of compact structure, easy loading and unloading, smooth operation, strong self-priming capacity and long service life.

1. This pump shaft concentricity and the impeller's excellent dynamic balance performance ensure that the pump operates without vibration.
2. It has excellent self-priming performance, with a short self-priming time and no installation required, enabling it to quickly complete self-priming and be put into use.
3. To facilitate the smooth conveyance of wastewater containing larger solid particles, fibrous materials, and various impurities, we have adopted a unique open impeller and impeller anti-clogging design.
