Product Details:

CYZ series self-priming oil pumps are composed of an oil suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a vortex chamber, a liquid return hole, and a gas-liquid distribution chamber. Before starting the pump, a certain amount of liquid must be injected into the pump body as the initial working medium. After starting, the motor drives the impeller to rotate. The high-speed rotation of the impeller generates centrifugal force, which throws the liquid from the center of the impeller to the vortex chamber. In the vortex chamber, the speed of the liquid gradually decreases, the pressure gradually increases, and then it is discharged through the discharge pipe.

Application:

It is suitable for transporting lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, temperature not higher than 300 ℃, viscosity 5 - 1500 cSt or other liquids similar to lubricating oil. It is an ideal product applicable for the petroleum industry, land oil house and oil tanker, and also suitable as the cargo oil pump, bilge pump, fire pump and ballast pump for ship, and for cooling water circulation of the machine and so on, to respectively transport oil products like gas, kerosene diesel oil, etc. and the medium of temperature with -20℃~ 80℃. This pump can also be used as a transmission and booster pump in the oil delivery system, a fuel pump for delivery, boosting and injection in the fuel system, and a lubricating oil pump in various industrial fields.

Feature:

1. Before operation, simply ensure the pump casing is filled with the specified amount of priming fluid. It is not necessary to install a foot valve on the suction pipe or a check valve on the discharge pipe, simplifying the piping system.
2. Both the pump body and impeller are manufactured from premium materials, and its sealing areas utilize hard alloy mechanical seals, effectively extending service life and reducing downtime.
3. The pump components feature high concentricity, with the motor directly coupled to the pump casing, eliminating intermediate structures enhances operational stability.
