3RP high-viscosity rotary lobe pump utilizes the principle of positive displacement to achieve the suction and discharge of the medium. A pair of cams rotating in opposite directions in sync continuously operates within the chamber, where the volume of the sealing chamber on the suction side increases and the pressure decreases, causing the medium to be drawn into the pump chamber under atmospheric pressure. As the cams continue to rotate, when the media re-engages, the chamber volume decreases, and the media is smoothly squeezed out, creating a continuous and stable delivery process. Throughout the entire delivery process, the pump operates with low noise, minimal vibration, and minimal pulsation, maintaining a uniform flow rate even when handling high-viscosity media.
