ZYB series horizontal gear pump primarily consists of a pump body, pump cover, gears, and shaft seal. Two sets of identical-sized drive gears and driven gears are installed within the pump body, and its outer edges of these gears form a tightly sealed working chamber with the pump casing. When the motor drives the drive gears to rotate, the driven gears rotate accordingly. As the gears mesh, the volume between the teeth progressively decreases, forcing the fluid to be squeezed and discharged through the outlet.

Therefore, they can be widely applied in the food, petroleum, chemical, building materials, and daily chemical industries, as well as in fuel combustion systems, fuel delivery and injection systems, and heavy-duty lubrication systems.
